We continue to add new content and features to the site. Check out video of the Mayor talking about bringing a community court to San Francisco. He talked about this and a lot more at the 2nd of 100 MeetLocally events this past weekend. You can watch it all here.

Community Court San Francisco Mayor Newsom ActLocallySF

We want to hear what you think about bringing a community court to the Union Square area to address quality of life concerns. Leave a comment. Vote in our poll on the front page of ActLocallySF.org. Better yet…start a blog. Here are instructions how to set one up.

We also got a new article on the site, "Support Locally Owned Businesses for a Green Economy" by Ann Bartz. It’s a good read:

San Francisco should be more like Philadelphia or Bellingham, WA.  Why? Because by supporting strong networks of locally owned independent businesses working in various "building blocks" of the green economy – sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, local capital, zero-waste manufacturing, green building, independent media, and downtown retail – both cities are building healthy, diversified local economies. And a lot of greening is happening as a result.

We’ve been getting tons of Pet Peeves. Keep them coming.
