Innovative reforms like our Ten Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness, Care Not Cash and Homeward Bound have helped 5,460 individuals exit homelessness.

Sign the Community Court PetitionWe’ve advanced by leaps and bounds – but there is still a long way to go. An important next step is bringing a Community Justice Center to San Francisco. We need you to act locally today to make this reform a reality.

Brooklyn District Attorney Charles J. Hynes has written an article for ActLocallySF.org about the transformative effects a Community Justice Center has had on a long neglected part of Brooklyn. Speaking from experience, D.A. Hynes is confident it will do the same for San Francisco.

Please take a minute to read the Brooklyn D.A.’s article on ActLocallySF.org and let us know what you think. If you support a Community Justice Center for San Francisco — help us implement it by signing our petition. Your support is crucial to getting this proven life-changing court up and running.

Mayor Newsom’s campaign for re-election is about uniting around big issues, like the Community Justice Center, marriage equality, Universal Health Care, free Wi-Fi and making San Francisco the greenest city in the world. But, it is also about the basics, like fixing potholes, keeping the sidewalks clean, making the streets safer and making MUNI run on time.

And we need your help. Take an active role in making San Francisco a better place for all of us. Send in your pet peeves and smart solutions. Be heard. Mayor Newsom reads every single one of your pet peeves and smart solutions.

And if you are free this weekend, stop by our campaign headquarters to meet Mayor Newsom and other enthusiastic San Franciscans as we collect signatures to put the Mayor back on the ballot. If you support our campaign, we would be honored to have your endorsement.

We will  be collecting signatures on Sunday, July 22 as this is our last weekend before the filing deadline. We are kicking things off at noon on Sunday at the Campaign HQ.

Hope you can make it on Sunday!

-Brian

P.S. We will be filming the latest TV installment of our Pet Peeves and Smart Solutions Sunday afternoon. So, if you have a great idea or concern for Mayor Newsom, come tell him in person.
