As a resident of the inner Richmond, my pet peeve is how dirty Clement street is. How about power-cleaning the sidewalks on a regualr basis? How about deterring the aggressive pan-handling in this area?

Don’t the shop owners have any responsibility to clean up their sidewalks? Property owners and residents are responsible to keep their sidewalks clean. Where is the enforcement?
