1) The Mayor’s health insurance plan. Those who are un-insurable will move here and employers who have to pay for it will leave.
2) The no plastic bag rule. If you study the problem, you will find that plastic bags are not the principal source of landfill problems. Also, I live across the street from the Marina Greens where people walk their dogs. Without the plastic bags, the greens will become unindated with animal waste. (Perhaps you can install biodegradable bag dispensers).
