Trees: Plant more trees; require every home and apartment to have at least one street tree
Illegal units: Crack down on illegal units; fine the owners; prevent residential use of units that are not up-to-code
Parking: Enforce no-parking-on-sidewalk rules; give property owners tax incentives to keep front yards unpaved
Muni Metro: Have more trains and use two cars; trains are too crowded morning and evening and not frequent enough in off hours; do not lower fares ñ that will just encourage the homeless to ride; fewer people would drive if the trains were not so unpleasant; bus lane on Geary is smart, underground to Chinatown is stupid and too costly
Panhandlers and homeless: Clean up Market Street; visitors and residents are afraid to shop, use parks and public spaces, and visit the library
