I’m bothered by lack of enforcement of noise laws. In particular, I am bothered by motorcycles that have been modified to be louder than stock (and also louder than allowed by law). I live on a hill; motorcyclists "open up" to reach the top. Sometimes, my ears ring from the noise. At other times, motorcyclists cruise the Embarcadero making excessive noise. Why are they not ticketed?
