I am a native San Franciscan and have lived in the Sunset District most of my life. It has changed so much in the past years. The merchants on Taraval Street should keep their property in front of their businesses clean and free of debris. The homeless is another issue. West Portal and Taraval Street are full of them. They sleep by the library and in the driveways of private residences. Should this be allowed? They are allowed on Muni to panhandle.
