Hello,
What a great idea, to allow San Franciscans a forum for their ideas in the hopes of improving this great city.
Every morning I pass one of the city water reservoirs on 26th avenue and Ortega Street. It is a massive area covered in asphalt. I wonder if we couldn’t benefit by installing solar panels on these large stretches of asphalt? In the interest in reducing CO2 emissions and develop alternative energy solutions.
