1. horrendously loud motorcycles day and night. so loud they set of car alarms. the motorcycles wake me up and the car alarms keep me up.
2. cars with stereos playing so loud you can feel the vibrations as they pass the house (i live on the embarcadero)
3. mortorcyclists who go screaming down the embarcadero popping wheelies
4. drivers who don’t stop for pedestrians in the crosswalk
5. pedestrians who cross against red walk lights
6. PARENTS pushing a stroller or carrying a toddler crossing the embarcadero (or any busy street) against a red light.
7. drivers who make illegal left turns (like church onto duboce), but particularly across double-solid yellow lines (like traveling east on brannan at 4th tons of people turn left across two lanes of traffic into the wells fargo/starbucks parking lot)
8. a city who no longer bothers to enforce even the smallest of laws. if the city is so hard up for money and wants to refill its coffers it should start pursuing "crime that pays" like the infraction mentioned above. not only would the city get a much needed infusion of cash but it might actually begin to make the city safer.
