I just drove through the park at 5:30 am on the way to work today. Two people sleeping in the park; every garbage can over flowing; the signs, which were to allow the police to ticket those drinking in the park, have still not been installed.
Looks like the City just doesn’t care about real, day to day quality of life issues for its residents.
