Lack of street cleaning in Bernal Heights — Cortland cross-streets, particularly.
Curbside plant areas full of weeds and trash; nothing of beauty, nothing to care about, making residents feel, and appear to be, the city’s trash.
Lack of pride in all areas of the city; the appearance that only the districts where the rich live means anything to the powers that be.
