1. Delays on Muni … Waiting at lights on the Embarcadero when they should be synchronised with the trains … waiting for 35 mins for a train and then have 2 coming one minute after another.
2. Crazy homeless people who harass you on the street! The other day I was waiting for a bus at 4th & Townsend and a crazy, angry man started shouting endless diatribes at everyone waiting.
