Every day between 6:30 AM and 9 AM if you pass by Howard and Third Streets, there is a fleet of taxicabs who like to park on the NE corner- directly in front of two palinly marked red-zone fireplugs.
It seems the DPT could earn the City some fresh money DAILY if they would only enforce these malignant cab drivers who seem to think a fireplug means you can park there- man, there’s no meter!
I am really (really) sick of seeing them there, never getting tickets…
