Not only is Lincoln in a contstant state of construction, but the avenues are also in that state. Last year 10th Ave was repaved. Then in June it was torn apart and repaved again and AGAIN! 2 times in about a week and a half. The first time it looked absolutely terrible afterward so I suspect it was done incorrectly and had to be done again. This morning 11th Ave seems to be starting the same process. Also noticed that the sidewalk end on Lincoln and 10th Ave was torn apart and is being relaid with concrete again today. Those were just done in the last 6 months or less! What gives?
