Every other bus, and sometimes two buses, do not go all the way to Van Ness during commute hours. I had to wait an hour yesterday for a bus to get me home. I’m sick of this and I’m not the only one. And, if you get on the bus that stops short your in a location where the only option you have to get up to Van Ness is to wait for the next 10. Come on! Please change this back. Take a #38 if you have to take a bus/driver off my commute. That line has plenty of buses.
