i have a relative in alaska whom mentioned something really interesting to me the other day about how they try to keep public housing from becoming a project. they do not let people without jobs into their public housing projects. you have to have a job to qualify. this makes a huge difference in the quality of tenant you attract and keep.

Overall Rating: 1
