					<description>This issue is one of my biggest pet peeves too. I think everybody can agree that there is no excuse for the deplorable conditions of our street surfaces here in SF. I have been riding my bicycle to work down Stockton Street going towards Market Street for the last 10 years, and it it constantly being torn up and not properly being resurfaced after underground work is completed. If fact, these last few months, the sSteet conditions on Stockton Street near Macy's have been the most dangerous I have ever seen for bikers.&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;label&gt;Overall Rating&lt;/label&gt;: 1&lt;/li&gt;
