Supervisor Chris Daly’s interpretation of quality of life is to step over homeless people laying out on the front of your porch or view them on the way to work. This is the quality of life that we working class people have been tolerating for years. Our city’s improvements from Supervisor Chris Daly as Mayor would be similar to SOMA and the Tenderloin district.
I ask you San Franciscans do we want this type of lifestyle for our community? Our major problem that has been haunting our city is crime, filth, substance abusers, the mentally ill, homeless and it has increased, Why? Chris Daly does not believe in reform, he wants our problems to remain the same.
As a resident and native of the SOMA district I say "NO" to Chris Daly being considered as a candidate for Mayor. Chris Daly your performance in the SOMA district and Tenderloin district is living proof of what your quality of life ideas are. We San Franciscans need to ask the question do we want to get stuck with Chris Daly for Mayor and rely on him to take charge of our city and handle our major problems. Also, Mr. Chris Daly your work as Supervisor of SOMA district proves to me that you have no concept or clue on how to solve the major problems in our city.
It is a shame to spend the millions of dollars from our taxes to support you as a candidate for Mayor, when that money would be better spend on actually assisting the citizens that are in need of a better quality of life in your district.
The way you have conducted business as a Supervisor in my district (SOMA) would not qualify you to me a candidate for Mayor. Perhaps, Mr. Daly, you could run for District 4 it appears to be an upcoming vacant seat in the sunset district as well as an vacant residency. We have suffered through enough with your chaos Mr. Daly, now it is time for a new direction towards the quality of life.
