I live on lucky alley someone dumped the septic tank from their rv onto the street along with some kitchen garbge bags various mattress and old toys we called 311 on Thursday to make sure the cleaners would come on friday their regular day. No shows… the alley way smells awful and so does my apt we called 311 three times on Friday, nothing as everyone takes off for a 4 day week end. So all in all my neighbors and myself are very skepetcal of this service. If someone dumped a tank of sh^t on your street it would be gone right away.
