I travel a lot to other major cities in the country, and find the conditions of our city streets to be the worst of them all. And that is just plain embarrassing since we have some of the best weather in the country.
I don’t think patching holes is the long term solution. These streets need to be repaved, patching has continued on Cortland for the past two years and no more than a month after the patching in completed the road is in awful condition and in need of repair.
