The city has many nice playgrounds for kids but they are virtually unusable during the times most busy working families can use them because the bathrooms are locked!!!! Kids and their parents need to go to the bathroom, so if you are going to have playground open have the bathrooms unlocked. I have found them locked on Sundays (the most popular day for most playgrounds) after 5 on weekdays during daily savings time and even on Saturdays near fields where a hundred kids are playing soccer. If you are truly interested in keeping families in the city, this would be a good place to start.
