I am afraid to park my car on city streets for fear that my windows will be shattered and my car broken into. I live near 7th & Townsend. There are mounds of broken car glass everywhere, evidence of cars that were vandalized. There are also many other neighborhoods I walk thru and see the same broken glass. Is the Police Department doing anything about these vandals/theifs? I don’t want my insurance rates to go even higher plus out-of-pocket expenses due to deductibles.
