I request that the main street–Cortland–in Bernal Heights be repaved. It is really one of the worst streets in the area and a paving would really help the spirit and people of the neighborhood and all those who drive through there.

Cortland street is TERRIBLE. I know there is alot of PGE work going on - I wonder when they will repave it.
