i had some friends in town from atlanta this weekend and they told me what the did with the homeless right before the olympics. it worked like a charm and they do it quite often now. i highly recommend we give it a shot here too.

the police did random sweeps to pick up the homeless and offered them a one-way bus ticket to anywhere in north america or they told them they'd be arrested for jaywalking and they would not see the light of day for a long time.

all of them took the offer and left town.

what do you think?

Overall Rating: 1

I could not agree with the author more! I am a 30 year resident of this city - but am heartbroken and disgusted by the horrible degradation of human beings that we enable in this city.

Overall Rating: 10
