People who dump their belongings and trash on sidewalks and all over the city. There should be "trash police" monitoring high dumpage areas and start giving tickets. People should take their refuge to the dump! It is very unsightly and make neighborhoods look terrible. Another pet peeve is the graffiti that’s everywhere! There needs to be more police out at night catching there taggers. San Francisco has become a very dirty city in general. It’s very sad.
