Much of the graffiti on Irving has been cleaned up. Thanks to Mayor Newsom for the Ambassador.

However, I live near Noriega, and that street is a long graffiti pit. A few businesses keep their storefronts clean, but the majority of blocks are just graffiti wastelands. Even the windows are etched with some kind of acid.

I personally won't shop at a business that doesn't at least make an attempt to clean up graffiti. Hear that, Noriega merchants? Here that, Carmen Chu?

Overall Rating: 1
