It’s hard to pick one and only one, but I suppose my pet peeve encompasses graffiti, littering of all sorts, and pointless destruction of structures meant for everyone’s use and pleasure, such as bus shelters, benches, and public plantings. If only there were sufficient police and park rangers to safeguard our lovely city and keep it from sliding into one vast, unflushed toilet. The bad guys are definitely winning this round. I’d gladly pay more taxes just to get the city cleaned up and keep it that way.
