On Saturday I took our 2 year old twins to South Park. Unfortunately, nothing has changed, so we left after 15 minutes.
Two guys were sitting on the bench by the climbing structures, drinking 40 ounce beers. Another collection of homeless/ vagrants at the 3rd street end of the park- shopping carts, etc double parked into the street.
No sun because the trees are still overgrown. Slide has hole in it…etc, etc, etc.
Hopefully South Park is on the list for renovation under the new Bond issue……

ask jeffrey leibovitz for status on this. he backed chris daly over rob black in the last election based upon a promise to clean up south park.
