Ever since the T-Line opened, the service on the K, L, and M lines has deteriorated. It is as if there are the same number of streetcars, but now spread over a much larger area. When the streetcars do get to the Van Ness and Market station going out bound at rush hour they are often too full to be able to get on. This leads to frustration and the desire to drive downtown instead. Could you take a look at this problem?
Many Thanks!
