For sometime now since the Art Academy (Pres. Elisa Stephens) took over the YWCA Bldg. off Sutter and Mason Sts, their shuttle buses continually stop/park on the zone reserved for loading bus passengers. As the Muni driver(s) cannot pull over to the curb, because the Academy’s buses are in the bus zone, the disabled passengers have a very difficult time getting on the bus. I called the Dept. of Parking and nothing has been done. Please follow-up on this issue.
