Dear Mayor,
Why is it IMPOSSIBLE to get a cab in this city?
Why so cabbies drive past with their lights on without stopping?
Why are there lines and lines of people waiting for rides and not enough cabs?
Why does this metropolitan city pale in comparison to NYC where taxis are concerned?
Why are cabs allowed to arbitrarily decide if they want to give you a ride? (In New York City and other major cities, they cannot refuse a ride.)
Why should I have to wait on the phone endlessly trying to hail a cab and get nothing?
Why does this "green" city not provide for transportation when its citizens choose not to own cars or to drive drunk?
Why is depending on your own two feet the ONLY reliable way of getting around in this place?
Please answer these questions.
Thank you,
Seth
