Riding home to Hayes Valley from 2nd & Market on MUNI and having to pass through Market &  6th, 7th & 8th St. which looks like the dirtiest, most disgusting and dangerous part of Gotham City during a crime wave with homeless crackheads, drug dealers, pimps & prostitutes and then having 2 or 3 of them jump onto MUNI to get a free ride on the bus that I just paid a ridiculous fare of $1.50 for!!!! My pet peeve is the area under the Bay Bridge. For the residents of SOMA (particularly South Beach), we have to walk under a bridge to get to/from work, and that is a messy and dangerous construction site. The sidewalks are cracked and I am constantly dodging trash and clutter in the sidewalks. Homeless people gather here making it unsafe for residents to access the rest of the city. Please make an effort to remedy the areas on 2nd and 3rd streets between Bryant and Harrison so that residents can safely walk to and from home to anywhere else. Jennifer Beall Read This Posty »
