Alexander Theater is an Eyesore

Have you driven by the Alexandra Theater on Geary Blvd at 18th Ave in the Richmond?? What an eyesore! This has been sold/vacant for three years and is an eye sore and an embarrassment to the Richmond district. Is there no accountability for the new owners? Apparently not.
