Mayor Newsom, Your townhall meetings (and this section of your campaign website) are full of MUNI horror stories and pleas to fix the system.  No doubt, you are aware of the problem.  As someone who wants to leave my car at home and commute to work via MUNI and arrive on-time, I'm interested in solutions--specifically your ideas about how to fix this system.
