There is unrestrained over development along the Embarcadero the Ferry Building neighborhood which seems unplanned and unsupervised. Where is the urban planning and oversight of deed restrictions, protection of open air, green and recreation facilities for this important area?

I understand that the new T line required that the N train terminate at the Embarcadero - what I don't get is why there are not N trains waiting for Giants fan when the the shuttle gets to the Embarcadero station - my old 25 minute ride is now taking over an hour due to poor scheduling and planning of the Muni line - I want to stay out of my car but Muni is making it tough !

1. Delays on Muni ... Waiting at lights on the Embarcadero when they should be synchronised with the trains ... waiting for 35 mins for a train and then have 2 coming one minute after another.
2. Crazy homeless people who harass you on the street! The other day I was waiting for a bus at 4th & Townsend and a crazy, angry man started shouting endless diatribes at everyone waiting.

I'm bothered by lack of enforcement of noise laws. In particular, I am bothered by motorcycles that have been modified to be louder than stock (and also louder than allowed by law). I live on a hill; motorcyclists "open up" to reach the top. Sometimes, my ears ring from the noise. At other times, motorcyclists cruise the Embarcadero making excessive noise. Why are they not ticketed?
