There is trash all over Fillmore street, for instance -- let alone 6th st!

Littered streets with garbage and newspapers on Fillmore & Sacramento Streets area. Also the homeless and drug dealers in this area as well. Several have been sleeping on sidewalks & deal drugs on the street corner - it is disgusting.
