Men urinate on a daily (and nightly) basis in the trees across the street from my building. Taxi drivers, trunk drivers, motorcyclists, businessmen in suits -- they all think that our street is a toilet. I live on the 400 block of Funston, and the green space fronting Park Presidio is sadly neglected. Half of the block is never watered because the sprinkler system has been broken for over a year; the other half is overgrown. All complaints to the city have been ignored. Thanks for listening.
