I live in Russian Hill--around Jones and Greenwich. People are leaving garbage on the corners all the time--things that they don't want.  I know that the DPT picks it up but it is so unsightly.  My biggest pet peeve, however, is the overall garbage problem in SF--it went from a very clean city to a dirty, garbage ridden city.
