Why is the board of Supervisors and Gerardo Sandoval in particular wasting time with resolutions condemning what radio talk show hosts have to say? Just because someone doesn't agree with your political view they should be condemned? The host is question has railed against illegal immigration, not immigrants it total. One could argue that someone who supports illegal immigration should be condemned themselves for being treasonous. Sorry, but the primary way that people can get health care is to get a job.  Or pay for it out of pocket.  Many of the uninsured prioritize car payments, cigarettes and direct TV over health insurance.  For most it's a matter of choice.   Unless there is a provision for healthy living and benefit for taking care of yourself, this is something that is just not worth the tax dollars I already spend.   This is the city and county of San Francisco, don't make into the DDR of the west coast.   Fix the schools, streets and get homeless people and junkies to stop Read This Posty »

I have been a very big Newsom fan for years, but your support of  "sanctuary" for people who enter the country illegally has greatly reduced my admiration.
