Kearny's food block area is a great example of a main street frequented by residents and tourists alike. The sidewalks are caked with grime and dirt.

When driving north on Columbus, the traffic light on the intersection of Columbus Ave/Kearny St/Pacific Ave is angled so that it takes effort to figure out if the green is for Kearny or Columbus. There has been water leaking from a street bib on Geary at Kearny for at least 2 years. I called DPW and it stopped for a short while and is now leaking again. Water is valuable and should not run in the gutters due to poor maintenance of the hose bib.
