Cars Blocking Sidewalks on Ney St.

There are right now four cars within a block of my house completely blocking the sidewalk in the 200 block of Ney Street (on the Congdon end). This is a perennial problem, along with double parking, in the neighborhood that never seems to be punished. Name Withheld Read This Posty »
