2. cars with stereos playing so loud you can feel the vibrations as they pass the house (i live on the embarcadero)
3. mortorcyclists who go screaming down the embarcadero popping wheelies
4. drivers who don't stop for pedestrians in the crosswalk
5. pedestrians who cross against red walk lights
6. PARENTS pushing a stroller or carrying a toddler crossing the embarcadero (or any busy street) against a red light.
7. drivers who make illegal left turns (like church onto

I have a few ideas:
1) Deregulate the taxi cabs or issue more licenses or lower the price of licenses. There are not enough on rainy days when you need them. What good is having taxis if you can't get one on a rainy day? Possibly issue a "rainy day only" license or add a higher base rate for rainy days to give more cabs an incentive to be on duty at those times.
2) Golden Gate Park: I've heard of a bunch of people who have been attacked there by drug users and homeless people. I was driving by there the

There are a significant number of construction projects occurring at the same time, sometimes within feet of each other, in the Rincon Hill area. This includes the new Rincon Hill condominium high rise, Caltrans work on the Bay Bridge, Infinity Towers and the Millennium. This much construction occurring at the same time has causes massive traffic problems (each project takes at least one lane of traffic out) with construction equipment backing in and out of construction sites, creates a tremendous amount of diesel particulate matter, and non-relenting noise pollution. Most, if not all of these projects ignore the City’s time

I live near Pier 39, and every weekend when the weather is nice, the motorcycles pass by my apartment. They purposefully rev their engines, setting off every car alarm in the area. All weekend long, I hear unnecessarily loud motorcycles and car alarms. The bikers know exactly what they are doing. They are purposefully disturbing the peace. They should be cited for their behavior. Does the city have a noise ordinance?

I'm bothered by lack of enforcement of noise laws. In particular, I am bothered by motorcycles that have been modified to be louder than stock (and also louder than allowed by law). I live on a hill; motorcyclists "open up" to reach the top. Sometimes, my ears ring from the noise. At other times, motorcyclists cruise the Embarcadero making excessive noise. Why are they not ticketed?

How about ticketing ear drum shattering motorcylists with the same zeal the city has for expired parking meters?

My biggest would be the incesant crack/meth smoking/dealing on the Hyde street blocks below Sutter Street. This has seemed to become a true haven for users/dealers lately and I RARELY see police addressing this excrutiatingly preditable activity. Also, NEVER seen a Muni official stop people from entering the back of 38 line during rush hour. It is claimed they do, but I've nebver missed a ride in 3 years living here and haven't seen even ONE yet. WHY do I continue to pay $45/month when it is THAT easy to steal a ride?! Lastly, those damn Harley Davidsons. They could
