The attack on people with cars in SF

My suggestion is to enforce existing laws, such as parking meter (no feeding), traffic laws for cars and bicycles (driving in bus lanes, red light runners, stop signs, stopping before turning on a red light), etc. and other things such as pedestrian and bicycle safety, availability of meters and spaces, etc. would improve. I drive a lot and find no one enforcing any laws. I believe parking meters are good for retail neighborhoods (2 hour limit), and garages are too expensive and not always available.
