We continue to have recurring power outages at our business address (below). They are typically impacting 1500 users at a time (per PG&E). The PG&E response is always non committal about repairs and always sounds suspiciously unbelievable. Is there anyone we can report this problem to? Also does the city monitor the outages and is there a minimum acceptable standard that San Francisco holds PG&E to? I am considering complaining to the SFPUC is that helps. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Bruce

We allow PG&E to lie about California's true natural gas reserves, pretending the were made by 'fossils' and are 'running out'!
Instead, true science proves that hydrocarbons are available in massive quantities and should be as cheap as water used to be.
We pretend we are protecting 'national security' by keeping the truth under our hats, but really it's a ruse to collect your money, and they are laughing all the way to the bank.
How can we have a carbon policy that denies the true nature of hydrocarbons?
Only if we desire an insane society.

Please take a ride up Castro St between 19th and 22nd. We put up with the metal covers over diggings for weeks. Now the metal plates are gone but the fill put into the holes by PG&E or the Water Dept or SOMEBODY is totally unacceptable. The street is like a washboard and it makes the #24 Busride AWFUL!!!! This is just one example of bad road patching that is all over the city. The people who dig up the streets should be required to leave them in good condition.
Thank you

The gas lines near west portal (and other areas of city) are in the process of being replaced. Why can't PG&E replace the overhead power lines at the same time (and add fiber for that matter). They already tore up the streets. It would be so much more beautiful. Are we still in the 1900's..... I would argue that most home owners would even pitch in. What a waste.
