The Potrero Hill Housing projects have been a continuous hotbed of violence and crime.  Those "barracks were NEVER intended to house families indefinitley.  They're decrepit and poorly designed as a community.  Many other of the City's low income housing rebuilding projects have been completed and now they're talking about a huge Candlestick housing complex, meaning they STILL aren't addressing the P-hill situation.  When you house people like animals they behave like animals. I understand that it requires Federal co-operation, but isn't it about time to get it done?!!!  Name Withheld Read This Posty »
