I have lived in SF for over 25 years. I live in Russian Hill, a nice neighborhood. I have recently noticed how filthy our streets have become. I have taken to sweeping a portion of my block to eliminate the trash. I would love to see a campaign that encourages us to keep our streets litter free. I live in Russian Hill--around Jones and Greenwich. People are leaving garbage on the corners all the time--things that they don't want.  I know that the DPT picks it up but it is so unsightly.  My biggest pet peeve, however, is the overall garbage problem in SF--it went from a very clean city to a dirty, garbage ridden city. Two things. panhandling and smoking in front of coffee shops and bars. I live in Russian Hill now, but N.
