I am glad that you Gavin, are trying to do something about our SF HC System.  But please stop letting all of the non-union businesses into our City that has a long history of being a Union town.  We need our Unions, we need to support our working people in SF.  God knows there are so few left due to the high prices of housing in SF.  I am so glad that I can live here but only because I bought my house so long ago.  STOP UNION BUSTING we are in a crisis here.  Let's problem solve instead of Read This Posty »

The latest proposal to reward muni managers for getting their employees to come to work is ridiculous. In a real job, if you don't come to work, you get fired . Only 30% of there employees show up on a regular basis? That means they are redundant. If they are not coming to work ,why are they getting paid? Just eliminate the position. Problem solved. If mangers can't do their job to motivate there workers without getting an extra reward for it, why are they managers?
