Put one-way doors at the rear of the buses to keep people from entering at the back of the buses and not paying. It happens a lot.
Have City employees earn comp time instead of overtime. They would get time off for extra hours worked, but not extra pay.
Could save you a lot of money!

MUNI should be free and should have been done a long time ago. Everyone knows it is the answer to making sure it stays on schedule.

MUNI should not be free, Bruce Wolfe. THAT is the most ridiculous idea. We need a more efficient way of enforcing the rules. And we NEED to be collecting fares. And we NEED to be putting that money RIGHT back into MUNI.
