The insane people of this city seem to think there is some sort of expectation of privacy on public streets. Cameras need to be on most street corners downtown and there needs to be a permanent record of what is recorded. Police should also be able to tap into the line and view the cameras live anytime they want. Otherwise they are a useless waste of money.
