					<description>I agree.  But the permanent solution should be high-design.  Perhaps get some students from local design schools to design a permanent solution.  NOT some horrible chain link fence or steel jail-bars or anything... and not some "traditional" looking monstrosity like they attempted to do with the bus shelters and signage on market street.&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;label&gt;Overall Rating&lt;/label&gt;: 10&lt;/li&gt;

					<description>I have to agree, the police barricades look rather tacky.  I'm not sure they can build a permanent fence there, however, because that would mean cars have 1 less lane to use.
